I have bought other products in the same range, and this roller is really better. The material is mostly made of fine steel and is one. The wheels are more skid resistant and better able to support large weights. And a timer and a little mat. It is worth recommending!

Very sturdy, effective equipment, it is more comfortable and puts less stress on the wrist compared to a regular abdominal roller, the same overall upper body exercise without wrist strain, is more comfortable and easier to perform the exercise.

I’ve been using this for about a week and I can feel it doing so much work. I love it. It’s very motivating, feeling myself getting stronger. it’s easy to assemble. After you use it for so long it will start having some pull on it so it adds some resistance. Love that. Don’t think it was intentional, but it’s a perk for me personally lol. My partner has already said he can see a difference in my stomach and chest. 5 star. Would recommend.

I used to have the standard ab roller which put unnecessary stress on my elbows & shoulders (vs abs). Using this one for a couple weeks and you can tell you’re targeting your core specifically. In that sense I’d highly recommend it to any ab roller fans
