Size 1 vs Size 2

Size 1 advances your jaw by roughly 2mm and is recommended if you have an overbite, or have a normal bite with light to moderate snoring.

Size 2 advances your jaw by roughly 5mm and is recommended if you have an underbite or have a normal bite with heavy snoring.
